Your information and photos

This form is provided by Demotek (BE 0783.397.239). Contact: info@demotek-group.be.

When ChatGPT calls the Demotek tool, the Demotek service processes the worksite details selected for that call to prepare a summary and a prefilled link. The tool does not email the team or retrieve original photos. You can then review the information in the form.

After you click Send, your name, email, worksite postcode and town, description, observations and optional photos are emailed to Demotek to answer your enquiry. No automatic acknowledgment is sent to your email address; the reference appears on screen.

Selected photos are compressed and metadata removed. ChatGPT photos are not imported automatically. Do not include faces, identity documents or unnecessary private information.

Vercel hosts the form and API, Resend transports email, and Upstash keeps a technical copy for up to 24 hours for safe retries. Technical delivery identifiers and statuses may remain for 45 days. Emails and attachments remain in Demotek's mailbox and with providers according to their retention periods; deletion after 24 hours is not promised.

The technical cookie expires after one hour and is renewed when sending. No advertising cookies are installed. Project details are temporarily saved in this tab for recovery within one hour of the last edit. The copy is removed after confirmed submission or on expiry while the page is active; an expired copy is rejected and removed on the next opening. Name, email, consent and photos are not saved and must be added again after reloading. Recovery is unavailable if browser storage is blocked.

On a submission attempt, the IP address is used to limit abuse and repeated attempts. It is passed to Demotek's technical gateway for this check.

For access, correction, deletion or questions, email info@demotek-group.be. ChatGPT conversation storage is governed by your OpenAI settings and policy. The prefilled link contains an encoded, not encrypted, draft: do not share it publicly.
